Riu Tropical Bay or Riu Ochos Rios

Have any of you ever been to Riu Tropical Bay or Riu Ochos Rios? DH and I are considering a trip there this summer and I'd love some reviews.

Have you ever been to Ocho Rios or Negril before? I'd probably choose the place I hadn't gone to yet. And if you haven't been to either, are there more things you'd want to do touristy wise in Ocho Rios or Negril? I haven't been to either one of those hotels, sorry I can't help more! (But if I were choosing, I'd probably go to Negril. Personally, I think the beaches there are nicer. And you can always go into Montego Bay pretty easily for more nightlife, but Negril has a good amount too.) Same with Ocho Rios, you could always do a day trip there too.
