I am searching for martini glasses to use as favors (I am going to fill them with jellybeans in the wedding colors.) So far the cheapest ones I've found work out to about $2.50 per glass. I would really like to spend less than that. Anyone have any resources for me? It can be online or a brick-and-mortar store. The only requirement is the glasses should actually be glass, not acrylic or anything else. Thanks!

Maybe you can find them here:

Find a restaurant supply place - most of them will have inexpensive glassware that they sell in cases and you won't have to pay shipping.

Good luck!

Try a dollar store or Pier One when they have a sale.

IKEA sells Martiniglasses called SODA. They are dirt cheap.

Here are the IKEA ones - $9.99 for a 6 pack, though it appears you cannot buy them online, only in store:

I agree about checking out the restaurant supply angle first, though, b/c that is roughly $1.67/glass w/ no tax and if you find a place that will give you a deal on a bulk order you could get them down to maybe $1 or so each. Also check out places like the Christmas Tree Shop.

Ha! That is weird, those glasses are less expensive here in Sweden. Thanks for posting the pic, Laura.

Check out a dollar store...we bought martini glasses for a party there a few years ago. They were great and only a buck a piece.

I saw some at Pier 1 today for $2/each and they are currently on sale for buy one, get one half off. So $1.50/each. The martini glass is out of stock online though, so you'd have to hit up the actual store.

These are all "depends on the day," but you may find them at Christmas Tree Shop, TJ Maxx, Homegoods.

On sale, $1.50 - Probably the ones Sadie saw.

Also, restaurant supply is a great idea, but I'd check locally since glass is really heavy (expensive shipping!) and of course breakable. I want to say that either Bed Bath and Beyond or Linens and Things has boxes of inexpensive stemware, but it might just be wine and champagne glasses, I'm not sure.

Target (http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/sr=1-1/qid=1175911159/ref=sr_1_1/602-4166297-7865452?ie=UTF8&asin=B000GT7VMA) has some for about 2 bucks a piece.
