My DS's heartbeat was ALWAYS fast, every single appt :)

DD's hb was always slow.

I thought this only mattered closer to delivery? DS #1 always had a low heartbeat. DS #2 started in the 190's, then 180's... last appointment was in the 150's. (I'm almost 29 weeks.)

DS was was always slow, DD was always fast, and DS has been always fast

DD's was always above 140 and DS' was usually below 150.

both DS and DD2 were always fast, but DD1's was always a tad bit higher than DS's, if that makes any sense.

(is it terrible that I don't remember with DD1?? She is almost 8!!!)

I'm having a girl, and her HB has varied each and every time they have measured it, from 158 to 140 and everything in between. She wasn't giving anything anyway till it was time for the big u/s!

I am having a girl and the heartbeat has always been above 150, so far.

With both my kids it always ranged, that is why we always told people you can't go by that old wives tale, even our doctor said that.

DD showed the goods, while DS wanted no part of it, so they really looked and said we think it's a boy, he loves his tummy, was always on his tummy at u/s.

with DD, she was in the 150's. DS was always in the 130's.

I can't vote, my little guy's hb has varied: 110 at 6w1d, 174 at 9w4d, 142 at 22w4d, 156 at 26w4d.

So far the heartbeat at my ultrasounds has been:

156 at 6w2d
174 at 12w5d
175 at 13w4d

Everyone is guessing girl so I'm curious to find out it that will be true. We'll be having the "big" ultrasound on 4/16 to find out. :)

With DS#1 his heart rate was always high 150's to low 160's and he is 100% boy!

With this little one (DS#2) his heart rate has been the same as DS#1.

I'm having a boy and his heartbeat has ranged from 130's to 150's but usually it's in the 140's at my apts.
