I'm using this picture for inspiration for my centerpieces.

I am looking for some where online to purchase the (green) cymbidium orchids and have them shipped to me. I found a website that has exactly what need, but they only offer the orchids in pink and that won't work. Also, I am looking for somewhere to buy the black rocks for cheap. I found some at Michaels, but they are almost $3 a bag. Seeing as I will need a few bags for every table that will really add up. Does anyone have any ideas on where to find the orchids and also the rocks? Thanks!!

Try IKEA for a cheaper source for rocks.
Be aware though, that some reception venues have very strict policies on candle use - you may be forced to put your candles in some sort of a holder. (And IKEA also has great dripless candles, btw!) :)
Sorry, I don't have a source for the orchids. :(

I haven't purchased from these websites, but they sell green cymbidium sprays, also in mini, if you care. Their prices are a lot higher than flowerbud's, which makes me wonder if flowerbud's are full-size or mini. It might be worth asking if they will have green available at the time that you need them. :)
If you have a local Costco, you can ask the individual store's floral employee about ordering them. They usually have cymbidiums as live plants, so I'm not sure if they can get them cut, but if so, the price should be great. They wouldn't be shipped to your door though, unless your location is different than ours.
Online Wholesale Flowers (http://www.onlinewholesaleflowers.com/Thumbnailcatalog.html)
American Floral Distributors (http://www.americanfloraldistributors.com/catalog.html)
The Flower Exchange (http://www.theflowerexchange.com/shop/scripts/prodList.asp?idcategory=52)
If you want more choices, a search for "wholesale bulk flowers" will likely give you more. :) Have fun!

These floral sites all claim to sell green cymbidiums in bulk. (Before ordering, please make sure to confirm with the vendor that the specific florals you want will be available/in season for your wedding date, because some vendors can only procure certain flowers at certain times of the year.):

And just for fun, here's some green cymbidium wedding stationery:

I ordered the orchids for my wedding from 1888orchids.com and had no problems. I actually had planned to buy a plant to cut the flowers from a couple of weeks before the wedding, but as luck would have it, there were never any at the flower mart when I went (green cymbidiums). The flowers which they did have were not always the perfect color, best condition, etc- I used them in my bouquet as well as for DH, so they were super important! 1888orchids.com really saved me from a bind!
