View Full Version : Is there a difference b/w size 4 and 4t?
Are 4's bigger than 4ts? I'm trying to stock up on winter clothes for next year.
TIA!

I THINK for most brands, 4T tends to be for more of a big toddler, so the pants have more room in the butt for a diaper, the dresses have little bloomers etc where as a 4 is more for the build of a potty trained preschooler. This has been my experience with my petite 4.5 year old. :)

Thanks for the replies. It sounds similar to the 24m/2t sizes. My dd is just growing out 3t pants and is wearing 4t pants now. She's been in 4t shirts all winter. So I'm not sure if a 4 would be the right size next year.
