Listing terminology

Every now and then when I read a listing I don't know what some terms mean...

e.g. what is "LL RI Bath"?

I have never seen "LL RI Bath" and I don't even see anything close to that in my abbreviations list!! I don't have a clue!! I want to say that "LL" could be a "lower level" if it's a split level or multi-level house, though. No ideas as to what "RI" might be.

Maybe it's lower level roughed in bath... so the plumbing is there, just not the fixtures.

Sue - you may be right! they did talk about a roughed in 2nd bath in the basement in the description, but under somewhere else LL RI was listed instead and I didn't connect the two together. you're so smart :) thanks!
