I have been waking up every morning with some low pelvic pressure. Like something is pushing on my vagina as hard as they can. That has been going on for about a week. Now off and on today I am been feeling the same feeling. For the last hour so it is pretty constant. Not pain but uncomfortable pressure. I googled and all I could find was pressure relating to late pregnancy. I also searched and couldn't find anything. I am 19 weeks tomorrow. Should I call my dr. tonight? go to the ER? wait until morning? I don't know and don't want to freak out but also at the same time not do what I should do.

I would call your doctor tomorrow morning and ask to be seen. I was experiecing some low pelvic pressure right around 19 weeks that reminded me of how I felt in the last two weeks of my previous pregnancy; basically, it felt like the baby was really low. I experienced it on and off for a few days and finally called and asked to be seen.
They did an internal exam and checked out a couple of other things, and it turned out to be nothing. No real explanation; I guess the baby was just in a really uncomfortable position. It was right around Christmas, so I was on my feet a lot finishing up my shopping. I felt better when I sat down, so that's what I did. It went away a few days after that and came back once a few weeks ago for a day.
I believe that pelvic pressure can be a sign of pre-term labor, so I think it definitely merits getting checked out. If nothing else, it will give you peace of mind.

I just experienced this...literally the same thing and I started a thread here:
Should I call the Doctor? (http://www.constantchatter.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29818)
So you can check out the great replies I got!
I didn't end up talking to the doctor...of course the day I was going to call, the baby moved up. I think this is a very common thing to happen at this time. Call your doctor if you feel worried...as far as my experience went it sounded normal and last about 5 days so I went with it.
The baby has stayed up where it was since then and hopefully s/he will stay there until it drops later on!!

Thanks for the replies!
I did call the dr. and they wanted me to come in yesterday. They thought I might have a UTI. I didn't so they did an ultrasound to check out the baby. He was fine and just laying low. I hope he moves up like others did in the other thread because I still have the pressure! Thanks!
