I know I want red flowers. But I'm not a huge rose girl so I'm curious what other red flowers are out there. I tried a Google search but didn't come up with much.

I would love any help you can give. Links, names of flowers, pics. I'd really appreciate it!

I had red dahlias (http://www.colorbat.com/bat_Pond_images/red_dahlia.jpg) in my bouquet, along with three different kinds of red roses and coffee berries (http://uk.geocities.com/drkudrati/c_cof_plant.jpg).

Red tulips are beautiful, but keep in mind they're a very seasonal flower, so availability might be limited. They also aren't very hardy when used in a bouquet - they tend to droop very quickly (especially in warm weather) so if you're looking for long lasting, you might be better off using them in table arrangements than in actual bouquets.

Red gerbs are very hardy, and readily available almost anytime of the year.

Amaryllis is a variety that comes in red; anthurium is definitely red but also very exotic so it would depend on your style of dress and wedding.

These also come in red:
Alstroemeria
Chrysanthemum
Delphiniums
Freesias (they smell divine!)
Lily (especially asiatic hybrids)
Lisianthus

Thanks everyone! I have decided to go with dahlias, carnations, callas and some roses.
