View Full Version : Do you have an awning?

We have a 30' x 15' deck and we would like to add a retractable awning. We have a walk-out basement and it is very windy so any permanent structures are out. If you have one, what would you keep about it and what would you change? TIA!

We have a "Shade Tree Canopy" and I love it! Not sure if this is an option for you ... the awning retracts but the structure is permanent:

There is nothing about it I would change. It looks so nice and we just love it!

Wow! Those are something that we should really look into. We will have to see how much the standard retractable awnings will cost. I was hoping to keep it under $3k.
