Well...here we are again! Starting ALL over!

Britney and Kevin have pretty much fallen off the map lately...no gossip and no photos! What the heck are they thinking? Don't they know they need to keep us entertained? This is the only recent dirt I could find....Report: Spears ready for nude cover photo

NEW YORK, NY, United States (UPI) -- Pop star Britney Spears is reportedly in talks to pose nude and pregnant for the cover of Vanity Fair.

Citing an unidentified source, Life & Style Weekly reported in its current issue that Spears, 23, aspires to recreate Demi Moore`s famous 1991 Vanity Fair cover shot.

"The negotiations are in motion," said the source. "Britney desperately wants to do it and knows she has to stay in good shape."

Life & Style Weekly said Vanity Fair editors hope to shoot Spears in her seventh month so the issue can hit newsstands before she gives birth this fall.

"Britney loves being pregnant," said the source, "and she loves her new body."

I finally saw their wedding episode of Chaotic last night. It was really touching! I wish it would work out for them just because I do believe they love each other. I still don't think it will, but it was sweet to see their committment to one another (for the time being) expressed. And I was really happy for them that they were able to keep their wedding to themselves.

Well, the wedding was beautiful and her dress for the ceremony was very pretty and tasteful. But then she changed into this hoochie mama dress that didn't cover her ass for the reception - really trashy. So she was quite true to form. ;)

I'd like to see a recap, or something, but Sarah, I hate to see you go to all that work.

Ok, I just have to say. Last week on the thread there were pictures of her walking from a doctor appointment, or something to that effect and she was wearing a rust color shirt. Ok, so she looked pregnant with a protruding belly, but her belly looked just fat and cellulitic (is that a word??) in the picture. Not just baby fat, which is what most girls have at that time in pregnancy, a beautiful round baby-belly. There have been numerous reports that she doesn't care what she eats or drinks (Starbucks in her hand in every picture!).

So, here's my question, if she's looking fatty-type pregnant, not just baby-type pregnant, how in the world does she ever think she's going to recreate Demi Moore who looked awesome in her pics, without an ounce of fat? But then I guess that goes with the fact that she can't ever think of anything for herself, she has to copy everything. So, I guess we'll see, oh, and I guess I forgot, there's severe airbrushing in every professional photo she's had taken, guess I answered my own question! :rolleyes:

Anyway, thanks for starting this thread again, I'd miss my smutty gossip daily if this wasn't here!

Britney Spears' husband Kevin Federline has finally buried the hatchet with his ex, Shar Jackson.

Kevin and Shar, who have two children together, were spotted hugging after meeting each other at a friends' apartment in Los Angeles.

A source told The Mirror, "Kevin was gesturing with his hands then he would put his head down when Shar spoke. It looked like she was calming him down."

Jackson recently revealed that Federline has approached her for advice on how to cope with Britney's pregnancy.

"Kevin's told me he's under intense strain and doesn't know if it will fall apart," she explained.

How Britney's reps must have done some REAL groveling to Vanity Fair. Earlier there were reports that Vanity Fair declined the deal to have Brit Brit do a copy cat PG Demi cover, because Brit Brit was clearly not at the top of her career like Demi was when she did the shoot, and VF didn't think it would have the same effect.

stay in shape...she'd have to start going to the gym and try to tone up while pregnant. Demi looked utterly phenomenal on that cover, and i think unless they spend a ridiculous amount of $$ on the air brushing or maybe like that cd cover use a previous britney pic and airbrush her pregnant that she is going to just be embarrassed. Demi was considerably older than her when she did her VF cover.

"Britney is only supposed to be five months along," says a source, "but she already looks like she's gained nearly all the weight she is supposed to have throughout her pregnancy."

Further fueling suspicion, Britney seems to be waffling about the baby's sex.

I know nothing about how much weight one should gain while pregnant, but I don't think she looks too heavy at all. And it's horrible that the press is picking her apart like that, though I can't say I'm surprised. :rolleyes:

Britney Spears’ wedding was a low-rent affair, but it looks like she’s putting on the ritz when it comes to giving birth.

The singer has selected a luxurious room in a Scottsdale, Arizona hospital where she’ll have her baby, according to a report, and has made sure the rooms on both sides will remain vacant.

“Britney wants white and yellow roses in the room when she gets there,” a source told the upcoming issue of the Star.

What’s more, “Britney wants all the nurses serving her to be given background checks.” The staff will reportedly be interrogated by both hospital staff and Spears’ mom. And, of course, there’ll be catered food.

SCOTTSDALE - "It's news to us," was the official response Wednesday from Scottsdale Healthcare to reports that pregnant pop diva Britney Spears had chosen to give birth at a Scottsdale hospital.

The health care provider operates the only two maternity units in Scottsdale, one at Osborn Road and Drinkwater Boulevard, and one at Shea Boulevard and 90th Street. Both have luxurious birthing suites with private rooms and spa services.

Spokesman Keith Jones said media phone calls have been mounting for two days since entertainment Web sites started carrying the unconfirmed story.

"Initially, a fellow called saying he was phoning Miami hospitals, too," Jones said.

Spears' purported plans for Scottsdale come amidst tabloid fodder that Spears is having twins, and that she's in talks with Vanity Fair to pose pregnant and nude, as Demi Moore did in 1991.

"Britney Spears could go anywhere in the world to have her baby. Why would she choose to come to Scottsdale in the heat?" asked Felicia Thomas, public relations specialist for Scottsdale Healthcare, who also fielded an inquiry last week from a tabloid.

There would be a place for Kevin Federline to stay bedside along with his pop star bride. Rooms are equipped with CD and DVD players.

And Spears could enjoy the facility's optional bedside services, including manicures and pedicures.

I wouldn't doubt that she is having the baby in Scottsdale. I bet that was why she was here just a little while ago. She was probably scouting the place out. It is a very nice hospital and supposably she isn't due until Oct or Nov. right? It is really nice weather then. I also doubt that she is having twins and I think she looks great - well body wise not hair and clothing wise. She looks even a bit smaller than my SIL that is due Sept. 15.

I don't understand how she could plan to give birth in a different state. You can't predict exactly when a baby will come and I heard you really shouldn't fly after 36 weeks. Is she just going to come camp out in Az for a month or two? Then what about getting the newborn home? I guess with how much common sense Britney seems to have she could very possibly be contemplating this.

Kevin- I continue to say gross! Maybe he should actually buy something on those shopping trips.

I have to say, the Scottsdale hospitals are very nice. I work in healthcare and I hope that when I get pregnant, I can deliver at one of the Scottdale hospitals. It does seem odd that Britney would choose to have the baby in this crazy Arizona heat though.

I don't think anyone can really gauge how far along she is at this point. I started showing at 4 months...not a lot, but you could definitely tell. Every body is different. I wouldn't doubt her trying to throw off the public with a WRONG due date though, that would definitely be in her favor if she's concerned at all with privacy.

The overexposed pregnant pop tart - who's often shown scarfing fast food, inhaling hubby Kevin Federline's second-hand smoke and, on her UPN reality show, revealing that she's had sex three times in a day - yesterday reaped the predictable reward:

A publicity-seeking Manhattan physician - a total stranger - issued a press release commenting on Brit's rumored bleeding, bad diet and overactive sex life.

"Spotting midterm is grounds for a high-risk pregnancy," upper East Side internist Holly Phillips lectured in the release, which offered the doctor for interviews. "Britney may need to be put on 'pelvic rest,' which may include full-time bed rest and no sex."

Phillips - a Ford model turned Columbia University medical school grad who has dispensed health advice on CNN, Fox News Channel and the "Today" show - added: "Spears needs to slow down on the heavy fast food, and remove herself from the potential damage of second-hand smoke from her husband. Britney's pregnancy can be adversely affected by smoking and second-hand smoke. She should focus on ultimate health and relaxation."

Good free advice perhaps, but Spears' PR rep sounded decidedly ungrateful.

"No one asked for her opinion," Leslie Sloane Zelnik told me, adding that the 23-year-old Spears is living and eating healthily - and that her televised boast, "I had sex three times today," probably was filmed before her pregnancy.

"This doctor should mind her own business, shut her trap and get a life," Sloane Zelnik advised.

Phillips responded: "Britney's pregnancy can be used as a positive example of how to have a healthy pregnancy. She can be a role model. Why not take advantage of it?"

About the speculation regarding whether KFed left her... I wouldn't go public with that news if I were Britney and he left me while pg, either. I'd be embarassed that it happened to me and I'd feel like a fool for thinking I was special enough that he'd want to stay.

I know it...trying to get him a rap record deal, movie deal, anything...you know he is so celebrity hungry, but with little talent or motivation. BS really made her bed this time... Is Britney Spears eating junk food for three?
Lowdown hears that the 23-year-old Mrs. Kevin Federline has just learned she will be giving birth to twins.

Yesterday Spears' rep, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, responded: "If she's having twins, I have not been told that yet. Let me make some calls." She never called back.

According to a Lowdown spy with knowledge of the situation, the revelation that they're facing twice the financial burden has made the pregnant pop tart clamp down on her backup-dancing husband's extravagant spending habits.

"Kevin's on a leash," says the spy. "He's been spending too much, flaunting his new American Express black card. She told him, 'We have bills to pay, this s- adds up.' He's got a bigger entourage than the guy on HBO! They all go golfing every morning."

The source also says that the 27-year-old Federline still isn't paying any child support to the babymama of his two children, actress Shar Jackson, whom he abandoned for Britney last year.

"Ninety percent of that is untrue," said Sloane Zelnick. "He does pay child support."

As for Kevin's earning power, "Britney and Kevin made $5 million with that UPN show, and there's a whole international back end," a source told Lowdown. "Kevin was on the tour to take the video, so I know he got paid."

But the Lowdown spy insisted: "He spends money like it's water, has no job to speak of, and I think Britney's starting to wake up and realize it."

Is pop star turned reality-TV diva Britney Spears expecting a dynamic duo in the delivery room?

So claims one report Thursday by New York's Daily News, which said Spears just learned she is expecting twins, though it couldn't confirm that with Spears' spokeswoman, Leslie Sloane Zelnick.

"If she's having twins, I have not been told that yet. Let me make some calls," Zelnick told the paper.

Spears, now 23, is also reining in the spending habits of 27-year-old husband Kevin Federline, one source told the paper. ""Kevin's on a leash," the source said.

Zelnick denied a claim by the same source that Federline isn't paying child support to the mother of his two other children.

Spears and Federline were recently seen on TV in their own UPN reality series, "Britney and Kevin: Chaotic," which featured footage of their courtship in Europe and their hastily planned L.A. wedding. Its mid-June finale featured a new Spears video and a video love letter from Federline to his wife.

The show, mostly a mix of taped interviews and home-video footage shot by the two lovebirds, was roundly panned by critics.

Anything can be happening regarding the money -- look what happened to Billy Joel and Elton John. Stars like these can have staff handling around so much money for whatever purpose anybody can be on the take or misappropriating funds or just about anything else where they might get their hands on that money for their own purpose.

It happened to quite a lot of famous people -- Debbie Reynolds, also. She was nearly broke after what happened with her husband.

Kevin could be handing out wads of cash and doing who knows what else to buy friends. Who knows?

i'm pretty sure her lawyers and family made her. that's why they didn't 'actually' get married the day of the wedding. the prenup wasn't ready, so they had a 'spiritual' wedding then a legal one in the next couple of months. she'd have been smarter to do the 'spiritual' one, then skip the actual legal binding, though. :p

Joining in the fun. I used to lurk in the "other" long thread, but it got too out of control for me to stay with.

That last photo looks photo-shopped to me, but maybe that's the point, to be funny.

I must admit I saw her show "chaotic" last night, the wedding episode. I thought it was sweet, and her husband seemed less icky to me. I had heard that the show was horrible, maybe the other episodes were but in this one they seemed genuinly in love and happy.

I have to say that I definitely don't think she is having twins but there is NO WAY she is due in Dec. I am guessing an early Oct. baby just going off her looks. There should be some sort of pool as to when she has the baby!

I just snuck out of the house to pick up some shit at the mini-mart while Whatshername is home sticking Oreos in our new deep-fryer. Yeah, anyway, I just ran out to get some water and some Cheetos and some beef jerky and some ice cream sandwiches and a couple of Twinkies and then I had to run by my dealer's house because B said she didn't want him to deliver my shit anymore because he was "a bad influence on the baby," or some shit, and then I was like, (a) the baby isn't even OUT yet, (2) it's not like he was a bad influence on all those other kids I have, I'm pretty sure, but then she said some BULLSHIT about not paying for it anymore and then, dude, I swear to God, she reached for my hand and TRIED TO PUT IT IN THE DEEP FRYER and, man, HORMONES, dude, dial it DOWN. So I ran out to give her some time to chill. She has been seriously so crabby ever since she caught me going through the safe.

Anyway, I'm trying and shit. I feel like I should at least try and stick it out for the kid, for a little while. And because she's been whining about my shoes for like the last SIX MONTHS, like, I will tie my shoes if I FEEL LIKE IT, bitch, I finally decided to shut her up and got a new pair. Check it:

.....Britney Spears has made a $50,000 donation to Gilda's Club Worldwide, whose network of free cancer support communities throughout North America helps patients with the disease, the organization has announced.

"When children have cancer, or when their parents or siblings have the disease, there are few places they can turn to for support," Spears – whose first child with husband Kevin Federline is due later this year – says in a statement.

"Gilda's Club is one of those places. I passionately believe in helping children in need, and so I am very happy to make this gift to help children learn they can cope with what can be a terrible and devastating experience for them," adds Spears, 23.

The money will go directly to the Super Days program at Gilda's Clubs – named after Gilda Radner, the Saturday Night Live comedian who died of ovarian cancer in 1989, at age 42. Super Days are daylong programs of arts, crafts, and other activities that support children who are living with cancer to help them understand the disease and to express their thoughts, feelings, fears and questions about it.

"We are very grateful to Britney Spears for her most generous gift," said Angelica Berrie, chairperson of Gilda's Club Worldwide. "It will improve the lives of hundreds of children who are living with cancer."

I guess I don't understand how being pregnant is akin to Britney having the golden ticket. Having the golden ticket means winning something big - and K-Fed and the babies are the big winners here. She's just going to be the meal ticket for all of 'em.

Or maybe I'm just not at the stage where I could find being pregnant is the same as winning a big prize.
