Britney Spears' husband Kevin Federline has laughed off rumors the pop babe kicked him out of their house - and says everything is ''wonderful.''

Kevin has spoken out for the first time about reports claiming his marriage to Britney is on the rocks.

The pair have been plagued by speculation they will split following reports of a string of furious bust-ups. Last month it was even claimed Britney had consulted lawyers about a divorce.

But Federline, who was speaking to US radio host Ryan Seacrest, reportedly insists everything is fine between him and his sexy wife, who recently gave birth to baby Sean Preston, their first child together.

When "American Idol" host Seacrest asked him if he had been thrown out of the plush Malibu home he shares with Britney, Federline replied: "No way."

When quizzed about rumors of a divorce he simply laughed. The former dancer also rubbished claims Britney was so angry with him she had his prized Ferrari towed away.

Kevin also claims that he has only been out 3-4 times without his wife in the whole time they been together and said the sex tape does not exist.

He told Seacrest "Dude, all I know how to be is honest."

Britney Spears will also make an appearance in his first video release.

Kevin reveals, " Ya... I'm sure she'll try to get in probably most of the video."

Also, Kevin disputes reports of a second baby.

He said: "Nah, not right now. We're gonna wait."

Kevin Federline is a hands-on dad – literally, according to a new interview with Britney Spears's mother, Lynne.

"Kevin does change diapers," she tells Access Hollywood in an interview scheduled to air Friday.

The Spears matriarch also says she shares a close bond with her 27-year-old son-in-law, who recently released his first music single "PopoZao." "It's very special. I'm very close to Kevin."

Federline is such a committed dad that he skipped a New Year's Eve release party in Las Vegas for his debut single to spend a little quality time with the missus and her friends at the swank W Hotel in L.A., PEOPLE reports in its current issue.

As for the new mom herself, Lynne tells Access that Britney, 24, is "very happy" – and protective of who gets to spend time with 3-month-old Sean Preston.

"She's really picky. She doesn't let just anybody hold him, but she lets me hold him."

Britney Spears is officially back for now with husband Kevin Federline

And the couple are celebrating in Vegas this weekend!

In an EXCLUSIVE AOL CityGuide LuxeLife interview, Britney told me: "I want more babies. I love being a mom. It's the greatest thing in the world." Considering what fans of the pop couple have been reading of their troubled relationship -- reported first right here in LuxeLife -- almost nothing could come as more shocking news.

Above, our exclusive photo -- a rare pose -- of Britney with dad Jamie, brother Bryan and mom Lynne at the Palms Casino resort.

On a spur of the moment decision at about noontime yesterday (Thurs. Jan 5), the couple drove across the desert on the I-15 from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in two SUVs. "Britney is one of the world's worst flyers. She just doesn't like planes," one of her relatives told me. So brother Bryan took the plane and Britney, Kevin, new-born babe Sean Preston and a new nanny (plus requisite drivers and bodyguards) took almost 6 hours to journey from Malibu. Britney told me "It was so windy, we just couldn't go any faster. It wouldn't have been safe."

On arrival in Vegas at close to 6 PM, they discovered there was "no room at the inn," because the 130,000 strong Consumer Electronics Show had booked almost every room in the town! Even host George Maloof (right, with Kevin) couldn't find space in his Palms hotel, where the family enjoyed a private party last night after arriving. "I just couldn't find a thing" George said. "I was beyond fully sold out -- and every one of my Fantasy Suites had been booked months in advance. C-Net alone took two floors of six supersuites."

Eventually, Palms execs contacted the Aladdin, which provided owner Robert Earl's personal suite. He's the honcho currently turning the property into the first Planet Hollywood casino resort, due to open Dec. 17 this year. After checking in, Britney called mom at the Palms to come help her with the baby and to get ready for the soiree.

The event in question, organized by Britney's dad Jamie (who is also the Maloof family's private chef) and George Maloof, took over the Palms' already infamous -- if not legendary -- new Hardwood Suite (left) to launch the new 'Palms Play Poker At Home' DVD. Deal-maker Jamie was the key man responsible for bringing the DVD software programmers together with star Cindy Margolis (best known as the internet's most famous pinup) and then with the Maloof's movie company. "Britney's coming to give me a hug to celebrate and wish us well" the proud papa told me, as he got Cindy and I to pose for the photo you see here.

Photographers and reporters weren't permitted into the very private suite when word leaked that the pop singer was en route to make her surprise visit at 10:45 PM -- but yours truly was given an all-clear. CES VIPs at the party (no more than 30 people altogether) were even asked not to take fotos with their cell-phones by Britney's security staff -- but again, she said it was OK for the family portraits you see here exclusively on AOL's Luxe Life.

As you will no doubt notice, though, while we observed them being casually couple-like throughout the evening, Britney and Kevin still avoided posing for any "second Honeymoon" type shots together ...

"It's definitely an on-and-off relationship between Britney and Kevin," one of her closest friends confided to me. "It certainly was off the last time, when he was here by himself. [Click Here and Here for our exclusive reporting on last month's drama--in case you missed it!] But today, it's definitely on. However, their relationship is much like a hurricane. You know that one is coming. You just dont know exactly when, and how much damage it's going to cause when it does!"

Maloof's Hardwood suite is the only hotel accomodation in the world which features a basketball court (left) -- complete with locker rooms! [Click here for more details.] After getting a tour from owner Maloof, Kevin and Britney tossed basketballs from the 2nd floor of the duplex atthe basket. Standing alongside them, I can honestly say Britney is the better shot -- even better than her brother Bryan, who tried to beat both of them!

Talking about the Palms Fantasy Tower of supersuites, Kevin told me: "This is dangerous. I just want to check in and never leave! We're definitely coming back here as soon as possible."

George M also brought the whole family up to the 25th and 26th floors for a full tour of the Erotic, Pink, Ghostbar, HipHop, Kingpin, Hot Pink and Director suites. Kevin continued raving: "You can't even believe this actually exists inside a hotel." Their sneak visit last night to the Palms was also to make up for Britney's absence last month during the official opening of the Fantasy Towers -- owing to the prior breakup with Kevin.

Sipping on grapefruit juice, Britney (above, with mom and dad again) laughed with me about how different my English accent was from her Louisiana accent. "I grew up watching you on Lifestyles," she told me. " I always wanted to live like that!" she laughed. Sometimes dreams do come true.

I asked how she was enjoying motherhood. She told me:"I almost couldn't leave Preston tonight to get here. He was crying, and I've sort of made it a rule never to leave while he's crying. But mom came over to help and that quieted him down. I love being a mother, and I want to have more babies."

Although Britney and Kevin are at the Aladdin they made plans for dinner at the Palms steak house N9ne and a disco visit to the must-see hot spot TAO nightclub at the Venetian. But her parents admitted that none of it might happen, because of the Consumer Electronics Show filling everything. "It may just wind up being a quiet family weekend -- we're with the kids and our grandson" said Britney's mom Lynne proudly, "and that's just fine with all of us..."

Her son is 5 months old, and I think using the "I do not have time" excuse is a load of garbage. I know I did and still don't look great "pre-child" but I still don't look like a washed up drug addict. She does not even work a 9 to 5 like most mothers do, I doubt highly that she cleans the house, does laundry, and cooks dinner, etc etc like so many other mothers/wives twice her age and still look presentable while doing it. I say if she has enough time to go out to lunch/dinner/shop then she should have enough time to take a shower, put a bra on and wash her hair. Look presentable at least. I mean looking like a gutter rat is just disgusting. I just don't get why such a young (24 yr old) beautiful, rich, successful women would want to look so blah/disgusting/trashy as she does. Dear Britney:

Please note the following items that you are in desperate need of the next time you go shopping. Which seems to be every day. Which is why I don't understand how you keep forgetting to buy this stuff!

- A bra that is larger than the 32 AA that you insist on wearing (when you wear one at all. Which is like, never) I would say that a 36 or even a 38 C would be much more appropriate. Trust me, it will reduce that nasty over-spill problem that you keep seeming to have. And we are all really tired of looking at your nipples; so don't buy the kind that have nipple cutouts. Oh, and underwire??? Its A GOOD THING!!

- A brush, a comb, a hairpick....any tool that will tame that nasty-ass ratsnest that you call hair will do. And please...a visit to your hairstylist is desperately needed and waaaaaaaaaay over-due. Be advised that you may have to bring smelling salts to revive him/her after they get a look at those disgusting extensions that should have come out at least a year ago.

- A pair of jeans that end at your ankle, not past your toes so that you keep tramping on them with every step that you take. Oh, and if you MUST wear sweatpants while visiting some of the swankiest shops in Vegas, do you think that maybe you could wear ones that don't treat us all to a view of your pelvic bone? Please?

- Any clothing that is not see-through, cut at the crotch or otherwise prone to revealing parts of your body that NOBODY wants to look at would be much appreciated.

You can not look at her history and say that she didn't like being a "celebrity." She is the one who came out at 16 in a Catholic School Girl uniform, she decided to wear the nude outfits with the jewels to look naked, and she was happily wearing the custom printed t-shirts that drew the press's attention.
Most stars that don't want to be seen don't go out on daily shopping sprees with an entourage in Vegas or Beverly Hills. They get a nice little mansion or ranch in the middle of no where and hide out for a while. How many A-list stars have successfully gone into hiding after the birth of their children?

I also have to say, I am a SAHM and when I go out, I have on clean clothes, have taken a shower, and have done a little makeup to look presentable. It isn't easy with a toddler, but heck, if I had a nanny I would actually get to shower everday! And if I had her money, I would definitely schedule some facials and hair treatments!

Yeah...depressed over the fact that she knows 100% beyond a doubt that she made the worst mistake of her life marrying Kevin Federline. That man has destroyed everything about her and her image. Think about it, since she has met him, she has become a total laughingstock in most circles, albeit a very rich one. That would be a total beating to one's self-confidence, self-image, you name it. She is going to be needing some heavy therapy when her marriage finally ends. Actually, she needs it now.

You know, I'm glad she matches, that she doesn't have that nasty weave in, that she's NOT wearing those boots, that she's out with her son even. Access Hollywood's Maria Menounos sat down with the man who stole Britney's heart – Kevin Federline.

"First of all, do we call you K-Fed?" Maria asked.

You know, I think I pin-pointed what was really off about her look lately.... It is that damn hair color! It is trailer park trash brassy blonde! Now, I have "non natural" very light blonde hair, and by no means do I have the high end stylists that she has access to, but I do have a talented stylist and she manages to keep me brassy free plus mixes in the right tones to make it multi-dimensional. Her head just looks like an uneven mess of drug store dyed mistakes! My brother does not practice any form of religion. However, he is always reading and talking with people about various religions as a way to further his own knowledge about the world and the history of religions. Maybe, just maybe, there is a deeper side to Britney we don't know about? Or maybe not. Just a thought. :)

I'm sorry but even on my laziest days I can heat up the curling iron and do my bangs before I throw the rest of it up and leave the house.

I almost thought she was wearing an appropriate outfit until I saw the big oozing numbers on the back and partial butt crack. Who wears that to any house of religion. While this was rumored to have happened back in December, more details have emerged. What Britney Spears should be worried about (well other than Kevin sleeping with a porn star - who else would sleep with him) is how he's plowing through her money. He spent on Cristal that weekend.

Britney Spears hubby Kevin Federline spent some time in Las Vegas with porn star Kendra Jade in early December while Britney was away in Louisiana with her mom and baby Sean Preston, according to a published report. American tabloid the Star is dropping the bombshell accusation that Brit's husband K-Fed has cheated on her with ex-adult film star Kendra Jade during a weekend getaway in Las Vegas.
The tryst allegedly happened during the time when Brit had reportedly kicked Kevin out of the house and took away his Ferrari. Brit bailed to Louisiana to re-group and seek support and advice from mom. The Star says that while Brit was away, Federline slid to Sin City where Kevin and Kendra partied, cuddled and made out during a seven hour romp in her suite with several other friends.

Kendra is most famous for her video taped sex romp with none other than Jerry Springer.

The story cites a source that goes into excruciating details of a wild all night party at Kendra's Las Vegas suite at the Venetian Resort. Kevin's rep confirmed to the magazine that he was indeed in Vegas at the time - but denies that he fooled around with Kendra. Kendra's rep says she is in a committed relationship but refused further comment. The report does not allege sex, only a heavy make out session, but it still should spark some interesting conversation at the Spears household.

Kevin Federline: Actually it was the producer I was working with at the time. He is engaged to a girl that lives over there in Sao Paolo; so he spends a lot of time out there. When he comes out, he’s always playing me these like new Brazilian dance tracks, and I kinda like over time just started picking up the language from their mannerisms when him and his wife are talking and stuff. I asked him one day when I heard the beat for “PopoZâo,” “How do you say big butt in Portuguese?” and he was like “PopoZâo.” So I’m like alright well how do you say “get your ass over here and shake it on the floor for me?” So we did this little thang in Portuguese and we ran with it.

AllHipHop.com: Did you reach out to Disco D or did he reach out to you?

Kevin Federline: I reached out to Disco.

AllHipHop.com: Well Disco D said you’re a pretty gifted freestyler; who were your influences growing up?

Kevin Federline: Man, I listened to a lot of Bay Area stuff like E-40 and Dru Down, even like Cypress Hill was big to me back then. Even before that, Kool Moe Dee and NWA; just so much Hip-Hop on my agenda when I was like 13 or 14 years old. It was crazy.

AllHipHop.com: If you had to pick a crew to join- could be from any point in Hip-Hop history- which crew would it be?

Kevin Federline: Back in the day, I would’ve probably rolled with Digital Underground. Nowadays, I don’t know, there are so many people on fire right now so I don’t even know. It would be a privilege to go over to Interscope with their crews like G-Unit and Dre. Then again, it would be real cool to go over to the East Coast and go with Jay’s crew, who’s really hot right now. Both crews are hot. Then you’ve got the South; you’ve got Jermaine. God, it’s just so diverse, I wouldn’t know which way to go. So I’ll have to do it by myself to make me feel better.

AllHipHop.com: Would you see yourself collaborating with any of them?

Kevin Federline: Oh yeah, definitely. I’d love to do a joint with the Game or even Missy or Ludacris - people from out there.

AllHipHop.com: Let’s talk about the album. Being that your life is always in the public eye, how personal will the album be?

Kevin Federline: It gets pretty personal, you know. I talk about certain situations from when I was younger. I talk quite a bit about the media and how I feel about it. The album’s pretty personal to me. There’s a lot of dance records on there, but the stuff aside from the dance records is giving people a chance to really know who I am and what I went through.

AllHipHop.com: What’s your favorite track on the album?

Kevin Federline: Wow. I’ve got a track on the album called “Down South,” and that’s probably my favorite track right now. It’s real gritty like that Bonecrusher [shouts] “I ain’t neva scared!!!” Really, really, really gritty like that.

AllHipHop.com: Who did the production on that?

Kevin Federline: My man Note. He’s the next Timbaland man, the next big thing. People aren’t ready for this guy.

AllHipHop.com: Since you have both, which weighs more in music: looks or skills?

Kevin Federline: I think the skills are really gonna work out on this. And the fact that everything I’m doing or saying on my album is real. There’s no fake agenda about it. It’s really me. Most of my blood, sweat, and tears were put into this album.

AllHipHop.com: There are a couple of titles for the album floating around. What’s the official title?

Kevin Federline: The title? I haven’t done that yet. I’m still working on the album too. It’ll probably come out around late April. The name has yet to be revealed, it’s not The Truth or any other name that was floating around. That’s all tabloid rumors.

Did anybody else notice these pics were taken on the same day? SP is wearing the same orange socks and the other girl (is that her cousin?) is in the same outfit as well. Why does she change in the middle of shopping so often?

I'll be really cynical for a moment. You know how many celebs wear the same color/style all the time in public so all the pix will look the same and be worth less to the paps? Maybe she changes clothes mid-day to make sure the paps keep following her around.

I agree, she doesn't look half bad except for the too long jeans....but Mama Spears needs to dress her age. She looks great for having three kids (two of which are grown) but she needs to stop dressing like a 20 something and more he
