I realize that I've been married 3.5 years, but I still haven't developed the cameras that were on our tables. Reason being? I was told at least one roll is nothing but boob shots. I just hate the thought of wasting money to develop something that is just going to piss me off.

I know that Snapfish will send you envelopes for your film/cameras, but I was wondering if any site out there will send you the envelopes and then host the pictures online so that you can choose which ones you'd like developed in what quantity?

I have never gotten film through an online source, so I'm not sure. But, I would suggest going to a store and getting one developed before hand. I am pretty sure film has a shelf life, so you may want to see how one camera fared before paying to develop them all.

I've developed film many, many times that was older than this, I'm not really concerned about that. I also don't want to just develop through an online service, I want to know if there is a service that will put your pictures on your website and you can CHOOSE which to develop and which to not.

I think at places like Walgreens and CVS you can pay only for the pictures you want to keep. You might want to call and check.

I'd check with Walgreens. If the picture doesnt come out they dont make you pay for it. Im not aware of any online service that lets you choose which shots you want.

Yes and Wal-Mart will do that too. You just have to make sure that you tell the person that you'd like to look through them and make sure they're good.

I had my pics developed locally at a Ritz Camera - instead of getting prints I had it all put on CD and then I uploaded the ones I wanted prints of to snapfish in order to have them developed.

Not exactly what you asked about but I think the end result is the same.
Good luck!

my suggestion is the one above - get the pictures on CD, then print from there.

I do believe that Shuttefly will allow you to do this...you just have to request a film mailer from them.

If the cameras are just regular 35mm, they would have to be developed first anyway.

I worked in a photo lab and first the film gets developed and then the film gets fed into a computer that displays the pics and we would go through and print the good ones.

So you probably could just get them put on a disc instead of printed all out. It would be cheaper that way.

I just don't know of any online places that will do it.

Will you let us know if you find one to do it for you?
