We have one....and I'm afraid we may have to soon replace this (expensive) piece of eqiupment!
Ours was left behind by the previous owner of our house....which is a good thing, since these run from $900 to $1700, depending on the model. When the Aquabot works, it does a GREAT job.
Lately though, I've noticed two plastic brackets have kind of broken; the little rubber webbing comes off the track constantly, so we're always having to pull it out of the water and fix it. I know I could probably send it in for repairs, but I'm afraid how much THAT will cost!
Hopefully this is normal wear and tear, but I wonder how long these things are supposed to last?
