For hunger: Try high fiber and/or high protein snacks to fill you up. A little goes a long way. Apple slices and PB or cheese, almonds and a yogurt. Things like that.

Weighed in today. Stayed the same. I'm happy because I though I may have gained.

W1 – 4.6
W2 – 2.6
W3 – 1.6
W4 – 1.0
W5 - 0.0

Total weight loss: 9.8 lbs.

Still didn't get my 10 lb ribbon. :(

I am going for surgery on my ankle on Friday and will have a cast for about 6 weeks. This will really cut down my exercise. I have to make sure I really stick with my daily points....which being at home all day is doing to be very difficult since I eat when I'm bored.

I actually went and joined WW yesterday - I've been playing with it on my own, but I need that accountability for myself. So...my starting point was yesterday.

WI #1 - 189.6 pounds

I weigh in on Wednesdays, so I have 6 days to attack this fat!

Good luck Mrs. Tim.

I need to visit here more often for motivation. I have really lacked it lately--that and the fact that I've had 3 showers, 2 bachelorette parties, and now two weddings between now and the 20th. Then I have my son's baptism! It's hard to be good when you are soooo busy!!!!
