Okay, I am at work today and I have to go to a meeting during lunchtime and it is going to be at a greek restuaraunt. Any ideas as to what I should get? I looked at Dottie's website and I could not find any greek food items to go off of.
Lunch is in one hour....help! I left the point book at home...grrr...

Lucy for you, I have mine. ;)
Greek Salad (with dressing) 3 c.- 9 points
Yogurt & Cucumber Salad 1/2 c.- 1 point
Souvlaki (1 larhe skewer or 2 small)- 8 points
Souvlaki Sandwich- 8 points
Gyro- 15 points
Spanokopita 1 3" square- 8 points
Moussaka (1 3x4 piece)- 12 points
Hummus 1/4 c.- 3 points
Tabouli 1/2 c.- 4 points
I would personally do some hummus with pita wedges and maybe a cucumber & yogurt salad.

I'm not on WW, but I would suggest sticking with a Greek salad. You could also get spanakopita (spinach pie), but try not to eat a lot of the filo dough that covers it--concentrate more on the spinach filling on the inside. A few grapevine leaves should be okay--they definitely use olive oil in them, but other than that it is just rice (and there isn't much, since they aren't that big) and greens.
Often you can get a baked bean-type meal at Greek restaurants (called Gigantes). Again, they use olive oil, but other than that it will just be beans.
Stay away from moussaka, pastitsio and anything else with a lot of cheese or bechamel sauce. And you probably should pass on the baklava. ;)
ETA: I cross-posted with LiznKeith, who obviously had point values and everything! When I mentioned the Greek salad, I was thinking of it without the dressing, sorry! And I had forgotten about plain old souvlaki skewers.

You guys rock!! I knew I could count on CC girls!!
Peppy-Thanks for taking time to post and give me some ideas. I really appreciate it. :)
Okay, Liz, I'll get the Yogurt & Cucumber Salad and the hummus and pita wedges. Sounds yummy! How many points will the pita wedge be? Sorry, I don't mean to be a PITA! :p Thanks!!

Sorry I couldn't respond until after you already ate, but it looks like my book says pitas are 1 point for 1 small pita or 1/2 of a large pita. A small pita is generally about 4" in diameter if that helps. :)
It's too late now, but don't forget Greek restaurants also serve chicken. So chicken souvlaki or a chicken pita, or chicken sandwich will be quite a few points less than regular souvlaki or gyro.
