Way late for you, but I love white pizza. Here are some ideas for you:

Alfredo sauce, mozarella, pesto
Alfredo sauce, canned clams (drained), pan fried potato cubes
Alfredo sauce, fig preserves, blue cheese
Alfredo sauce, caremelized onions, mozarella cheese

Crust, alfredo sauce, mozzarella, garlic clove, grilled chicken breast, green onions.

Thanks girls, better late than never! I make Alfredo sauce all the time so I can always use the recipes! I had tried it with the sauce and then put mozzarella and i guess my sauce must have not been thick enough cause it didn't taste quite right! Do ya'll use store bought or homemade sauce?

For things like alfredo and pesto, I have found the buitoni brand in the refridgerated section to be excellent.

Off topic, but what's your recipe for alfredo sauce?

Foley42-

1/2 cup butter
1(8oz) package cream cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 cups milk
6 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Melt butter in a medium, non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with wire whisk until smooth. Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. Stir in Parmesan and pepper. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency. Sauce will thicken rapidly, thin with milk if cooked too long. Toss with hot pasta to serve.

My tip is that you measure everything out before you begin and have it ready to just put in pot because once you add something you cannot stop stirring it because it will burn. It is also very important you use a wire whisk. I usually put it over fettucine and serve with garlcic bread and a ceasar salad. I hope you enjoy!
