Occidental Grand Xcaret - Mayan Riviera

Has anyone stayed at this resort? If so, how did you find it. I have a couple of questions.

have you looked on tripadvisor.com?? i practically lived on that site while researching for our hioneymoon....

I did, but it seemed more like a place to submit a review than to ask questions, i could be wrong though. I was really wanting to find out if anyone had stayed in the Royal Club area which is where we are staying and no one on trip advisor that i could see had.

They have message boards on the site where you could ask your questions. I asked so many questions while I was researching and got some great advice.
