Another plea for Norfolk, VA Help! (Moving Companies)

If anyone knows of GOOD and REPUTABLE moving companies in Norfolk, please please let me know! This would be a short move for Todd's (SO) mom. She is an older lady and already people seem to be taking advantage and not coming through. If anyone has information it is sooo appreciated.
