appetite after stomach bug?

My 13 month old is recovering from a stomach bug that lasted about 12 hours. He basically had one meal today, plus plenty of liquids, including a little whole milk and some breast milk as well. At what point should I be concerned if his appetite isn't back up to 3 meals plus snacks?

my 17 mo. old had the stomach bug on the 21st. she really didnt eat much, aside from saltines and cheerios, until a good 48 hours later. and now she is just getting a good appetite back, over a week later. in our case she got the runs a day after the vomiting stopped so the whole thing lasted a while.

when i talked to the ped. they were most concerned with her staying hydrated, so i really wouldnt worry about it for a few more days.

My 18 month old had a stomache virus a few weeks ago and it really took about a week for his apetite to fully come back. LIke the pp said I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as he is not dehydrated.
