I am looking to buy the points book from weight watchers. Where can I get one without joining the program? I would like to do it on my own.

Its a big change for me. I always did the atkins diet. But, now that Im older and have a child its hard for me to follow and keep the weight off.

I've heard such great things about weight watchers and my m-i-l did it and she doesnt even read english that well and lost 40 pds. She is still using the book so I can't take it from her.

Where else can I find it. I checked amazon and its not available.

Thanks:)

Check on Ebay. You can also check out www.dwlz.com for information.

I'm willing to part with my two books (The Dining Out Companion - fast food and restaurant chains along with ethnic foods - and the Complete Food Companion). I'd like to upgrade to the new book, just because I'm a dork like that.

Feel free to PM me if you're interested.
