I have 2 dance sessions on Monday nights and I am dying...already.
I am still sore from LAST Monday's class.
My teacher always says to take a hot bath afterwards...yeah right...like I have time (class gets out at 10 pm)
What other remedies OTHER than a hot bath soothes sore muscles?
The only thing I can think of is IB Prof.
My thighs, back, neck, arms, & stomache are killing me~

Ibuprofin, which is an anti-inflammatory. Also, get some of that rub on gel stuff that helps sore muscles - it really works! Don't forget to do some gentle stretches a few times every day.

When I'm really sore, I do a quick session of pilates. That always seems to help!

Tigerbalm or Icy Hot! They both smell funny but they both feel fantastic on sore muscles! They should be easy and cheap at a drugstore.

Well, I whine a lot :).
But in terms of things that help, hot bath or shower (sorry!), Advil, stretch really well... and the next day (or when you're sore), take a gentle walk (just enough to warm up) and stretch again.

I started working out again after a long lay off from injuries and have been dealing with soreness like crazy. My boss suggested I take Vitamin E and Vitamin C on top of my regular daily doses. I don't remember the amount he gave me (6 pills) but it did make me feel better. As my body is getting used to being active again the soreness is easing up so hang in there!!

Eat fruits that are high in potassium. Actually this helps more with cramping but the two usually go hand in hand I notice. Also, try stretching before and after your classes.
Here are more tips (http://www.ehow.com/how_3366_ease-sore-muscles.html) on how to deal with sore muscles.

I always try to drink a lot of water if i'm sore or I know that I'm going to be sore (after lifting weights or something), that usually helps some. Also, as others suggested, an anti-inflammatory. Hope that you feel better soon!

Trainers say that the best thing for sore muscles is working out. You might notice that after you've been sitting for awhile, your sore muscles hurt even more when you get up, but if you've been active and walking around, it loosens them up a bit, helping them restore. Maybe just a walk around the neighborhood or a quick bike ride, anything to get moving would help.
