Stupid me bought a huge box of diapers right when DS was on the verge of outgrowing them (denial I guess). Now we have at least two sealed packs that he may not use and I would like to see, before I give them away, if I can somehow return them. These come in the big box that has 4 sealed packs of like 40 diapers. I know it is a long shot but I thought I'd check first.

I can't imagine a store taking them back since you already opened the box and used two sleeves.

Would someone at your daycare or playgroup trade you (buy the bigger size and then trade)?

Good luck!

Good luck!DS is the oldest of the infants. I was just going to give the last two sleeves to some of the younger babies but wanted to check to see if I could get something for them first.

You could also donate them. I believe foodshelves also take contributions like that.

I have the same problem. DD out grew her diapers and I have a couple of sealed packs.

I agree, I was thinking of donating them to a women's shelter.

I would definitely donate them to a shelter or similar charity.

I donated sealed diapers and even new diapers out of the package to the local woman's shelter.

Donating them is a great idea!

If you want a little $$ back, try listing them on Craig's List or Ebay. I once sold some leftover diapers that way.

If you're planning on having another kid, keep them in storage :) That's what I'm doing with all our unused diapers.

I passed mine on to a friend with a newborn. Instant baby gift :D
She loved it too, one less bulky thing to shop for.

I was going to bring ours to a shelter, but daycare ended up doing and food and toiletries drive for the local food bank so I was able to drop them off there.

Good ideas guys! Thanks! I know of a family who, financially, could use them. Thanks for the reminder.

solongtogo I like that idea too...if only we had the extra storage space :/
