I attended a Pampered Chef party last week and the consultant had oreo cookies crushed with the food chopper, cream cheese mixed in and melted chocolate over the top. I know you're supposed to freeze the mixture before drizzling chocolate over the top. I can't find the recipe ANYWHERE. I've googled. I've gone to the Pampered Chef website. I've gone to allrecipes.com. I need the recipe for a party tomorrow. Help!
I know I could probably wing it, but I'd feel more comfortable with the exact measurements. I'm not a great cook, and whenever I try to wing it, awful things happen. If you can't find the recipe and are good with measurements, can you write the recipe for me? :) Thanks!

These are so good! One of my students has made them a few times this year and always brings me a few. I found the recipe at the kraftfoods.com website. This is the recipe my student gave me.
Easy OREO Truffles
Prep Time: 30 min
Total Time: 2 hr 30 min
Serves: 3-1/2 doz. or 42 servings, one truffle each
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (1 lb., 2 oz.) OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
Preparation:
Crush 9 of the cookies to fine crumbs in food processor; reserve for later use. (Cookies can also be finely crushed in a resealable plastic bag using a rolling pin.) Crush remaining 36 cookies to fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended. Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
Dip balls in chocolate; place on wax paper-covered baking sheet. (Any leftover chocolate can be stored at room temperature for another use.) Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.

Is it similar to this?
Oreo Cream Cheese Dessert
12-15 servings 15 min 15 min prep
Change to: servings US Metric
1 package Oreo cookies
1/2 cup butter or margarine
8 ounces cream cheese
2 (8 ounce) containers Cool Whip
1 (6 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix (the one that uses 3 c. of milk)
Crush cookies and mix with butter.
(You can use either a big ziploc bag with a rolling pin or your food compressor. I prefer the food compressor on low.) Put a little aside to sprinkle on top of your desert.
Press the rest firmly into the bottom of a 13 X 9 pan.
While this is resting, mix cream cheese with ONE 8 oz container of kool-whip.
Mix until smooth.
Spread onto of the cookie crust.
Prepare pudding according to directions and pour over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Spread remaining 8oz. container of cool-whip on top of the pudding layer.
Sprinkle the rest of the cookie crumbs on top of the cool-whip layer.
Refrigerate or freeze.
It is not necessary to refrigerate overnight, but it is easier to cut and serve if you do!
