Good Job to everyone who is a part of this! It's important that we are all at least taking the time to take care of ourselves! It doesn't matter if you gain/maintain or lose, we're all on the right track :) Congrats to everyone and keep up the good work!

Carrie: I just wanted to chime in about WW. I started doing WW on March 11th this year and as of today I have lost 40 pounds :) It's a wonderful program and I just wanted to share my experience with you!

Jana: You're on the right track. Don't get down about it...it's a new week, you can do it! Keep your chin up!!

To be honest, I really haven't been doing much to curb bad eating habits or exercise. But tonight on my way home I'm stopping by Curves and rejoining. I had a lot of success there before my wedding and quit when my year was up..in April. I can tell a big difference in my body from then until now, and it makes me mad that I've let myself go in just two months. But you know what? It's OKAY. :) I'll get back into it. No sense in getting pissed about something I did nothing to stop, you know?

So I'm starting tomorrow, hopefully I'll keep track :)

Kind of frustrated that I didn't lose this week, but it is my fault. I didn't exactly eat slimming foods while a friend was in town visiting. I am back on track this week and looking to bounce back with a big loss next week.

I don't weigh in until friday, but I just wanted to say to the girls who have gained a pound or so to remember that muscle is heavier than fat. Don't get frustrated because you think you're doing great but the number on the scale doesn't agree, it probably means that you are doing great and building some muscle.

I'm hoping that muscle thing is true for me too because I really feel like I'm doing most everything I can and it feels like the scale should be saying something different :mad: . This is what frustrates me so much. I still feel better in my clothes.

Sticking with it and adding more exercise next week. It's really hot here so it's hard to work out. You get so hot and then you never really cool down.

The heat is making really hard to workout here too. I have even been trying to get up earlier in the morning but it is still so hot. Hopefully I will do better next week.

I saw a friend last night who I haven't seen in about 2 months. She told me I looked like I'd lost a lot of weight. Maybe it was what I was wearing, who knows, but it made me feel good! I hope week 3 makes me feel good too!

I was out of town for 4 days of this week..and not workingout..so...i didnt gain any..but i did maintain so it could be worse...
