Hey Everyone,
I am making the hardest decision in my life and sending my mother back to West Virginia (where she's from) to live for awhile while my DH and I get our finances in order.
What I am in need of help with:
*Finding a realtor (prefer one you've worked with) to help me find the house for my mom to live in (which I will be purchasing). This house will be sight unseen in person. I would like a realtor that is going to send me pictures and be honest with its condition. Does it need just new paint? Does it need a new kitchen? Is the basement a reck? Etc...Someone completely trust worthy.
(I am looking at the Charlston and Fairmont areas right now - subject to change)
*Any information available on assistance for older people to get to doctors. My mom can drive but let's face it, living in CA for over 30 years, she lost how to drive in snow or rather rainy conditions. Is there a service (public and/or private) that is relatively inexpensive that she would call for pick ups and drop offs? (Areas: Charlston, Fairmont, and Ravenswood)
I think that's it for now - or that I can at least think about. I have SO much going thru my mind that its hard to think clearly. Hoping to get some answers ASAP as I would REALLY like to speak to an agent quickly. I am hoping to have this all done within the next 30 days!!
I appreciate your help!!!
