Yep! You read that right!
I've discovered that the more pasta, rice, and other carbs I have in my diet the more weight I lose. That being said breads and doughs pack the pounds on! Meats, cheeses, and other higher fat foods cause me to pack on the weight as well!
I'm not necessarily looking for strictly vegetarian recipes, but they are welcome. Help me find higher-carb, lower-fat healthy recipes!!
To give you an idea of what we like, here is a recipe my DH and I love, but I can't very well live on this one meal! ;)
