I searched but didn't seem to find what I was looking for, but if there is something similar out there point me in that direction!

I picked up a book today called Julie and Julia: my year of cooking dangerously by Julie Powell, and while I'm only a chapter into it, I'm loving the concept. The main character decides to make every recipe in Mastering the Art of French Cooking by Julia Child. And while I'm not as abitious as that, I've decided I'd like to try to take up this challenge. I'm going to try to make a different recipe as often as possible (some tried and true recipes are going to have to stay in my cooking schedule - my roommate would complain heavily if she didn't get her bi-weekly enchilladas!)

So - I'm looking for recipes, different, new, fun recipes to try. Now I'm a little limited here, I only eat chicken and some seafood (no shellfish- I'm allergic) but if the recipe sounds good enough, I might be willing to give it a shot.

I'm looking for your favorite recipes - lets hear 'em!!
