No garage, no driveway -- house is on a very narrow one way street; don't ask what parking is like
House is next to a commercial building that houses a bar and three apartments
Basement is unfinished but has room for washer/dryer


They want 575K for this deal. Gotta love the NYC area for out of sight real estate prices.

That's funny Zelda...when we fix up our house we want it to be worth about that much and you just described the exact size of our house!

Oh, but we have a driveway...and a small backyard. And it's in a nice area. So maybe that makes it less egregious? Probably not!
