Flies Attacking my dog!!!

Help. My 14 year old pittbull is being attacked by dozens of flies. We just cleaned her last week and changed all her pillows etc...

I went in the back before and there were flies all over her. They wont leave her alone. We clean the poop and the backyard every day. so why are they there?

ANyone ever have this problem. I can't get them to leave and not come back.:(

does she have an open wound? if so, by allowing her outside, she's at risk for a maggot infestation-she needs to be seen by a vet. if not, pet stores do sell fly spray.

My dog is a fly magnet. From what I hear, they like darker colored dogs more. Is your pit bull dark colored? They (the flies) LOVE the warmth too so they are just trying to stay warm.

Also, the fly infestation is BAD this year. Not sure what to do... maybe a spray would work.
