Suggestions for Singapore?

Taking a business related trip there in a few weeks but Im going to stay the weekend so I can see the city.

Any suggestions on whats a must do there?

The Night Safari!!! (http://nightsafari.com.sg/) Far and away the best thing I did in Singapore. Loved, loved, loved it. Shopping on Orchard Road was great. The Merlion and Sentosa Island is a must do tourist attraction, as is having a Singapore Sling at it's home - the Raffles hotel. The Botanic gardens and Orchid Garden were nice, but really I preferred seeing all the different cultures - Chinatown, Little India, the Hindu temples, etc. The food was amazing, and finally, we had a nice time taking a ferry to Bintan island in Indonesia for a day trip. You'll have such a great time, whatever you do.
