Quick question ladies. Lately I've been EXHAUSTED. Partly because of the time change and maybe mostly because of dealing with my mom in the hospital every day. I want to be there don't get me wrong but its draining me out! Well by the time I hop into bed I fall immediately to sleep. There is absolutely no chance for me to BD. Does anyone have any tips to help me stay energized enough to be able to seduce DH????

Thanks!

Take a quick nap when you get home and then get up for BD. I know it sounds silly, but this is what I did when my grandmother was getting bad. Plus, some may say its a sick thought, but I don't care. But it really does help to relax you and take your mind off of things. :) HTH!

ETA: So sorry that you have to be going through this with the doctor. If you feel that way about the doctor, I would definitely get a second opinion. I know how stressful this can be and you are in my thoughts.

Sammy I seriously can't believe a doctor said that without having done the proper tests first! Can we say 'unprofessional'?? What an asshat. Hope all of the tests come back okay. Oh, and I'm really hoping you get that +OPK today!!

melandtim When is your surgery again? I know its this week sometime, right? Anyway, hope AF shows up quickly so you and DH can get busy on the next cycle.

Bibay I missed you yesterday on the SO's! CONGRATULATIONS and H&H nine months to you! :D :D

Jenn Well, hope your doc is able to pinpoint whatever the problem is with you. Hopefully its just your body having an 'off' cycle. It happens sometimes for no reason at all. I swear though that it always seems to occur when your TTC. Typical.

Chelsea Hope you get that high temp today!

looty Yay for finishing the Clomid! I know that has to be relief! Hope your cycle proceeds on time from here on out!

pride Girl, you must be living in a teeny town for HPT's to be locked up like that. Don't blame you a bit for not wanting to buy one last night. How embarassing. Well, you are right, yet another reason to hold off on testing! Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

ME Well, no BD'ing last night, unfortunately. We were both exhausted. Oh well. EWCM seemed to have disappeared. I had it in the am and early afternoon, but it was gone last night. Well, even if I did O yesterday, will the BD'ing we got in on Sunday be enough??

pride&prejudice - Great idea. Just don't know how I can pull that off. I've been going to the hospital directly after work and am there till about 7:30. Then it takes me 30 min to get home and by then I have to get dinner ready. Ugh I wish there was more time in the day.

Kym - If you BD'd the day before you supposedly O you should be ok.

Sammy If you don't have time for a nap, could you try a nice hot shower or a bubble bath and maybe a glass of wine? That could relax you and possibly give you enough 'steam' to seduce DH!

ETA: For the wine, I have to personally recommend a 'cheapie' but its really good! Reunite Lambrusco; its a red wine but is not dry at all, which normally keeps me away from reds. Its also slightly fruity and has a faint fizz to it too! YUMMY!!

Sam, so sorry about that doctor's terrible bedside manner....jeesh!

Hoping that your mom will be okay, and you really do get that + OPT :)

Sammy, sorry about your mom and the terrible doctor, hope he is wrong with his *guess* no tips on staying awake, I am terrible at it, so we have been waking up about 20 mins early to get our BDing in, maybe that would work? Its a great way to get awake for the day

Looty glad clomid wasn't to bad for you, hope it helps!!

Pride LOL about your HPT story, that is very strange that the HPTs are behind the counter, although DH is a manager at a grociery store and said that is the number one thing that gets stolen, so maybe thats the reason

Kym sorry you didn't get any BDing in, but if you BDed on Sunday and O'd on Monday you should be ok

Me, another high temp so I am calling O, FF won't call it because I missed a temp, but no matter what temp I put there it says I O'd either CD 23 or 24 depending on the temp I put there. I can't believe I finally O'd, that means this cycle should be under 40 days!! We had pretty lousy BD timing, especially if I did O on CD 23, but I don't care, I'm just excited for Oing.

docoNY - Sorry about AF showing up. I honestly wouldn't worry about your LP. 10 and 11 days are definitely within range to conceive.

Happy Haloween everyone!!

I have been MIA because I have just been waiting for the results of my ultrasound. I just got back from the Dr. and everything is fine. The Dr. thinks I may have had a double ovulation and she said that I look "really fertile and healthy." Not sure what that means but I am super happy about it. I guess tha I am now 5 or 6 days from when I ovulated. My fingers are crossed for a BFP, but my hope are not too high since my body has been a bit wacky this cycle.

I am soory for all those who got AF!! Fingers crossed that we are all on track to ovulate and get BFPs!!
