We are in the process of getting estimates to have our gravel driveway paved. I think we will probably do asphalt since it is more economical, but I'm also considering concrete since I think it will look better with the house. Our drive is approximately 1600 square feet long. Has anyone done this? How much did it cost you, and what material did you use?
We, too, have a gravel driveway we are looking to pave. We will likely go with concrete. I haven't gotten any estimates yet, so I am interested to hear what others might have to say.

*bump*
We still have a gravel driveway as well. Would love a paved driveway, but since we don't have a garage yet, we need to wait.
Many of our neighbors recently paved their driveways (the company went around the development and gave discounts to them). The estimates obviously ranged depending on the size of the driveway. Our estimate would be about $3,000 (includes coming back the next year for another sealing). Our driveway is about 20 ft wide by 50 ft long, so about 1000 sq feet. Have no clue what concrete would cost, but I'm sure it is a lot more.
Gosh, wouldn't it be nice to have a finished driveway? No more dirt tracked into the house by the dog! :)
