A diet plan like ediets?

I'm looking for an affordable diet plan. I like ediets, but with their early termination fee and everything, it's just too expensive to try it. Is there anything similar that has less of a risk?

I tried e-diets when they first came out, so they have probably changed a lot since then. However, I'm using www.sparkpeople.com and it is similar to what I remember of e-diets. It's free, too.
