I am TTC and taking prenatal vitamins. I have heard that vitamin B Complex can help regulate your cycle, and I have noticed this worked well for me in the past. Do you think that if I add the B complex to my prenatal I will be getting to much vitamins?

I'd ask your doctor to be sure.

It depends what kind of issue is going on with your cycle, whether that will work. There is a thread on B6, which helps regulate the luteal phase of your cycle: Short LP - magnesium & B6? (http://www.constantchatter.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3910)

As for the concern about overdosing on the B vitamins...it depends which B Complex you get. The extra folic acid would probably be a good thing, but B6 is easy to OD on (check the thread I linked to above). If you check the upper limit of each vitamin on the complex, it should help you make the decision.
