I'm wondering if anyone has spied any solid color, plain bibs anywhere. I hate when I have to cover up an outfit that I've spent good $$ on with an ugly bib that doesn't match. I try to get matching bibs if they have one for the outfit. DS is starting to drool like crazy and he needs to wear a bib all the time.

I also really hate how the stitching around all of those cute sayings and designs puckers up and gets all funky after you wash the bibs. I have about 35 bibs from my baby shower, but unfortunately I don't like them much. They'll do for home, but I'd just like to get some nice, plain ones for him to wear out with a nice outfit. TIA.

jbenny75- I have seen plain colored bibs at Toys R Us. They come in a large package of mutiple colors (maybe 10?). They are not fancy by any means, by plain terry cloth bibs. I finally have given in and put bibs on DS that sort or match. We go through bibs quickly, sometimes in less than one hour!

Not sure I can offer much help, but can totally relate. DS is 9 months and has been wearing a bib everyday since he was 3 months old! He is THE drooliest baby ever. I did find some ok bibs in solid colors/white with a solid color piping at Target about 3 months ago, but they don't seem to have them anymore. I liked them because even though they were thin, they had a plastic-y backing so the drool didn't go through. I have also found some cute ones at BRU but they had ships on them. The main colors were blue, navy and red and I thought that they were pretty cute (acceptable, at least) and right now they are on sale by us $2.98/3 bibs.

I am going to subscribe in hopes that others have some great ideas. Since my guy is a serious drooler I have a feeling we may be in bibs for quite some time!

At Target you can buy bibs in 10 packs that come in the "girl" variety and the "boy" variety. Each pack has 10 different colors.

You may not be looking to buy new clothes, but if you are, check out Kohl's. They have these cute little one piece outfits that come with matching bibs. They are on clearance at the stores right now and I just love them.
