nasal spray advice?

Can you help her do it? You hold the bottle and have her squeeze it? (not sure how the Nasonex bottle works). Or have her hold it and you squeeze it?

I always hated giving my kids nose sprays. Just wasn't very enjoyable for anyone!!

I give it to my 2 year old son every morning (blah!). I have two bottles. One empty one (a sample from the allergist) for him and the real one for me. We pretend they are rocket ships and they need to blast off. He tries to put his in his nose while I quickly spray in the other nose and then we do the other side. We say "blast off" while we squirt it. It probably works better with a 2 year old than a 4 year old, but I would see about getting a second bottle and try taking turns.
