We go to Fairfax Pediatrics (http://www.fairfaxpediatrics.com/), right next door to FO Hospital. We have several neighbors and friends who go there as well. It is a good size practice so we rarely have problems getting appts w/o waiting forever. If you go w/ them, PM me b/c I have some drs that I like and some that I don't. ;)
