OneStepAhead Costume Sizing?

I know this could technically go in the Holiday forum, but I thought it would get more responses here.

How is the sizing on the Halloween costumes from OneStepAhead? I am dying for DS to wear this:

But it says "Up to 25 lbs." He was 25 lbs. 2 oz. at his 12 month visit the beginning of this month. Is it a lost cause?
