Anybody wear MBT's?

I just got a pair of Masai Barefoot Technology shoes today from Bliss. I'm REALLY excited about them. I was just wondering if anyone else has them and if you had any opinions/suggestions/advice?

i bought some mbt's and began wearing them this week. i like them and my stomach is sore and i am not doing any sit-ups. i feel my inner thighs working and smaller muscles around the quad area.

is there anyone else?

i would love it if you ladies could post an update of your experience with the MBTs! i've been looking at those things in the bliss catalog for a while now, wondering if the hype is true.
