A friend of mine recommended this site to me.( www.sparkpeople.com ) It's pretty cool. You enter in how much weight you want to lose and whether or not you want to exercise. It will tell you how many calories you can eat per day. It also gives you sample menus of what to eat. You can keep track of what you eat on there and also what exercise you do. They also have message boards, if you want to use them. Feel free to look me up over there, my screenname is the same :)
