barbie/ bratz with ring jewelry for little girl?

Help! I need to get this doll for a birthday gift. I have seen the commercial. I could have sworn it was Sparkle and Shione Barbie but I am wrong. The doll comes with a ring, for the little girl to wear. There are about 4 dolls to choose from, along the lines of a Bratz or Barbie. What is this called??
