A good animal trainer is your best bet. You can ask you vet if there are any veterinary behaviorists in your area, but if the dog hasn't done training ir it's been a while since he's gone through a course a trainer should be the first person you call.

I second the behavorialist.
Also show your dog that NILF (nothing in life is free). That is, he is to learn to sit and stay to be let out, to come back in, to be fed, to have his leash put on for his walk, to go for a car ride, to be petted, etc.
You also re-establish who is the alpha leader in your "pack".
Also, when you take him outside? Make him sit and stay -- and you go out the door first. Let him follow. Again, this is "den hierarchy" -- since you go out the door first, this means you're the alpha "dog" in the pack -- same thing for when you come back in: sit and stay and YOU go inside first; the dog follows.
The pack leader goes out first and comes back in first.
Don't forget to reinforce NILF with lots of praise and treating, even if it's a chunk of kibble from his regular dog food.:)
To train him that NILF will take a little bit of patience and time. He should pick that up relatively quickly.
A good way to keep him away from the glass (that's an accident waiting to happen) -- fill up a can with rocks -- when he comes near the glass, shake the can vigorously. Keep doing it every time he goes near the glass -- he'll get the message soon.
You can even use a spray bottle of water -- get one in a dollar store. When he goes near the glass, spay him with the water.

i agree with jesvet and Zelda, sounds like he needs some training and discipline from you. if he's good around your fiance, then your dog respects your fiance and treats him like the leader. your dog believes that he is dominant over you so he doesn't need to listen or follow you (wow, i've been watching waaay too much "the dog whisperer").
your best bet is to ask a trainer and have them go over how you should behave and treat your dog so he knows you're the boss, too, not just your fiance. if he jumps on you, goes through doors ahead of you, walks ahead of you, decides when it's time to play, etc., then he's your leader. at least that's what some dog behaviorists believe.
also, does he get lots of exercise? i know labs are pretty high energy. if you walk him properly (not pulling you and not ahead of you) and drain that energy, he won't be jumping and plowing over you. good luck!

That's another thing: take him to a dog park or somewhere where he can go for a good hour run.
Dogs get too much pent up energy if they don't get enough exercise. They can get pretty destructive, too, if they don't.
A Gentle Leader would help him when you take him for walks -- you can buy one in any pet store.
