Songs you like in spite of yourself....

Have you ever *really* wanted to hate a song, but find yourself loving it? For some reason, there have been a bunch of songs lately that fit into this category.

For instance... Sexyback by Justin Timberlake-- I want so badly to hate anything from the former lead singer of N Sync ... but the song has this irresistable beat, and he looks sooo darn good in the video. It's been in my head for the last two weeks.

I don't know why....I really, really don't....Jessica Simpson's Public Affair never let's me change the station. :hangingheadinshame: I even saw the lame ass video (complete with an ice cream blow job:rolleyes: ) and it still makes me move.

And the first time I heard Paris Hilton's Stars are Blind, I thought it was Gwen Stefani, whom I LOVE....so naturally I loved it. Now, I know it's her, can't stand her, and I'm already sucked in. :( Is there no hope for me????

I'm going to have to ditto the Paris Hilton. When I hear it, it gets stuck in my head and then I end up singing it all day long.

I have to add another ditto to Paris. Another for me is Christina Aguilera. I listen to the Rock station all day at work (that's what I usually listen to), but I find myself flipping around in my car & when I hear her new song, I have to stop & listen to it. :o

I definitely get sucked into catchy songs on the radio. I have NEVER liked Britney Spears, but I used to get so sucked into her songs on the radio. They were just so damn easy to sing along to. :rolleyes:

Well, and of course, my friends will tell you that even if I don't know the correct words to a song, I'll just make up my own words. :o
