Looks like there are many sites out there for this, can anyone recomment a good one? I'd like to be able to record exerices, food, and weight. Thanks!
First off, congrats on your new little boy! I guess I hadn't realized that you'd already had him. He's beautiful! :D
Now, as far as fitness journals, I've found that fitday.com is good -- you can keep track of your calories, weight, and excercise. And it's free!

I agree - Fitday is good. The only thing is I think their exercise calories are out of whack, so it would be hard to do a true "calories in less calories out = X" kind of comparison.

Thanks! Fitday sounds good to me! I'm not really worried about getting calories for exercise anyhow as I know they can be off. Just wanted an organized place to keep all the info!

Another one that's really good is sparkpeople.com. It's fabulous!

I totally recommend http://www.calorie-count.com. You can open an account and log your food (huge database) and activity. It analyzes nutrition and graphs it for you, and more. Plus, there's a community and you can open a journal, just like here. And it's totally free (I've lost 25 pounds since I started).
