I REALLY want some kind of "sprayer" for my olive oil!!! Can anyone recommend a good one? I had one a long time ago, and it REALLY did not work well. I went to amazon, and THEY ALL seem to have mixed reviews. Williams-Sonoma has one... anyone tried that one?
Please... help... me! :D

I have the W-S one and think it is quite durable. OTOH, I had a cheap plastic one that worked quite well. The big difference I have noticed between the cheap and the better brand is that the W-S one holds the "charge" more. That is it will spray a little longer. For that it is worth the extra $10 I paid.

Kindermom - thanks for the feedback!!! I might just have to order one.
Cowgirl - how much is the pampered chef one? How long have you used it?

My Williams-Sonoma mister never worked. The threads on the cap and bottle were completely different, so it never sealed correctly.
I'm sure they would have taken it back, but I never got around to returning it.

I'm not sure how much Pampered Chef charges for that sprayer, but I found it on Ebay for $9.95.

I also ran a search for "oil sprayers" and came up with more listings for other types.

Hope these help you! I've never used one before but thought I could at least look around for you since I have nothing to do at work today. ;)

Ya'll are so sweet! Thank you for the suggestions... in time, I think I'm going to check them out. I just went to the grocery store, and for now, I'm gonna try something I got there. Its Mazola 100% olive oil, no alcohol, no silicone, olive oil spray. The only thing I don't like is the word "propellant" under the ingredients.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, lecithin from soy (for better no stick), propellant.
It cost about $3. I'm gonna use it for now until I can get to a store to buy my own oil pump. When I get the chance I'll go by: Bed, bath & beyond (I have a 20% off coupon for them), and I might also go by Williams-Sonoma (there is one about 10 miles from my place). (I think I have to buy pampered chef through a PC associate, right?). If one of them doesn't work though, I'm taking it back!!! :p

That Misto one you can also find at TJ Maxx or Marshalls for $7.99 (in case you don't have the coupon!).
I used to have the Misto, but DH didn't notice it said to only fill half way up. It broke the thing and I haven't replaced it. Be careful when you fill it!;)

Rosebud - thanks for letting me know that! If you've used it for a while, and all the time, and it works great... that's what I'm looking for. It may be worth it for the extra $10.
vwinkel - you know, I must have done the same thing... cuz I KNOW years ago I had one, and *I think* it was the Misto... whatever I did to it, it didn't work. Maybe I just didin't fill it right?
