I play Diner Dash online at gamehouse.com, and I can never win this addicting game! Anyone have any tips?

Ive played it before and loved it. It is very addicting. It really helps to have upgrades like more tables or the fast shoes. Also a coffee machine it keeps them happy while they are waiting.
I also love Cake Mania. Have you tried it?

Yeah, I should really check to see if I have upgrades available more often, I forget that they're available.
Cake Mania is good, too! I've played the free demo of that. I get farther in that game than Diner Dash.

Yeah I do too. And I have tried to download cake mania to play and I was even going to buy it and it would not work.
I downloaded Diner Dash 2 from playfirst and it was brand new and had soem problems. It ran super slow on my computer. Normally games dont.

OMG is it free on gamehouse.com? I played it on yahoo until it wouldn't let me go any further. It got really hard once you had 3 restaurants and the mean upper-management ladies came in for their power lunches.

I love Diner Dash. I've always played it for free on Yahoo. I've just the played the one where you just keep on going forever and ever until you lose all the stars. I keep saying I'm gonna buy it, but have yet to do so.
What's Cake Mania? I'm gonna go check it out.

Yup played them all :) There's also Roller Rush (samething but with cars) & Mystic Inn, I love that one.
Does Gamehouse let you play as long as you want for free? I have RealArcade & after 60 min, that's it.

I'll have to check those other games out. Gamehouse lets you play the online games for free, but I think there are better versions of the games if you pay. The demo versions games that last for sixty minutes (I think all the demo last sixty minutes) are free downloads. The rest you can play online.

I was playing diner dash and actually got to the end. If you do a google search for diner dash tips, you will find out how to beat it.
When you get the college kids, old men, young girls, young guys and business women, you always seat and serve all the business women first. Let everyone else stand in line. Than you go to the young ladies, leave the old men for the very last.
What I usually end up doing when I have 4 arms:
- seat the people (4 tables at a time only), leave rest of the people standing in line
- wait a few mins at the podium to entertain while the seated people decide on food (ignore them if they want a snack and you are still in the middle of entertaining)
- after you have entertained and the people are ready to order, get all 4 orders at the same time (this builds your score)
- put the orders in and go back to entertaining (unless all 4 want a snack or you need to give them more energy)
- once done entertaining pick up all 4 orders and deliver them
- go back to entertaining
- once they are done eating, just click once to give them a check, leave the dishes on the table
- seat the next 4 groups of people and repeat the above.
- when you have all full tables of dishes, entertain one time, than go and start clearing all the tables at the same time, you will get more points if you keep a long chain going.
When you have only 2 arms, you can use the same type of technique, but instead of seating many, just seat 2 when you have the entertainment factor. You don't need to get the entertainment extras or the new equipment. The guests get mad at the mime and end up leaving if you use him. (I tried can you tell :))

I do it kind of differently - I leave the old men there as long as I can. I seat the women first, and entertaining as I seat them. I think that's the key. I seat as many as the tables allow, when the orders are ready, I get them in. If there is time, I entertain while I'm waiting, then pick them up. I love having the 4 arms, it really helps.

Whoa, Whoa, Whoa....
Four arms?! How the heck did you get four arms?!
What am I not doing?

4 arms is when you reach I think it's the last restaurant, you get a spell cast on you and you transform into sort of a genie that floats around and has 4 arms to carry stuff.
4 arms is great for getting the game finished.
I haven't played DD2 yet though

OH! I only have DD2, and I'm on the last restaurant.....I was soooo confused!
I'm currently stuck on the very last level on the last restaurant. I've played that level like a million times. I'm getting frustrated. I may have to try your tips, Erika! :D

I've played the free trials of Diner Dash, DD2, and Cake Mania, and love them all. I'd like to purchase them, but don't have the money to spend right now. Plus, when I tried to play on my computer at home the game always crashed. I think I'll have to check out Gamehouse. :)
