Ever used a marinade injector?

I bought a marinade injector, and slow roasted a marinated pork shoulder on the grill today. AWESOME.

Anyone else use this marvelous utensil?

Yes - we've used it on turkeys that we deep fry. We use a cajun spice mix - it really is a cool little thing!

I use it on Roast Beef. It really helps keep the meat juicy.

I bought one and have used it a few times, mainly when spicing up a pork loin (balsamic vinegar, garlic, other spices).

I've found that I really like to stick and inject things into meat. :o

I used one to put a brown sugar glaze into a ham. YUMMY!

I did on the 4th--shot some cajun marinade into steaks to grill. Yum!
