Hey everyone!
We're looking for an all-inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen, or Cancun, Mexico that is great for kids too. There has to be some Moms here that know of any? Please share!

Have you looked on tripadvisor.com yet?
Type in playa del carmen or cancun and all the resorts in that area come up, and are rated by previous vacationers. You can also check out the message boards on that site and I'm sure you'll get some great reviews for kid friendly resorts.

We spent a day at the Playacar Palace and it was wonderful. There were quite a few little ones there. It was a beautiful resort, in a great location.;)

We were at the Moon Palace resort in Cancun last week (sigh, I wish I was there right now) and there were quite a few families with children of all ages. Kids pools and family shows/activities throughout the day as well. Great location- only about 10 minutes from the airport and they offered a zillion excursions.

First off, I'm not a mother. However, last year DH and I went to the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo, an AI in the PDC area and had a great time. There were TONS of families with toddlers at the Iberostar complex. They have a sprawling pool complex with a separate kiddie pool. The resort is quite child-friendly with buffet restaurants and lots of ice cream and snacks for kids. DH and I agreed we'd definitely go back there if we had children.
The IB Lindo is actually one of 4 hotels that make up the IB complex. There's the IB Maya, Lindo, Beach & Del Mar, from highest to lowest in price. They all share the same beach/pool complex but vary in in-house amenities and restaurant access. If I had kids I'd probably stay at the Beach or DelMar as they're less expensive and you'll be eating at buffets w/a toddler anyway.
HTH!
