Romantic Picnic Ideas

I'm putting together a picnic for DH as a late anniversary gift so I thought I'd post for ideas as well as share some.

Here are some of my own:

Little botteled wine or champagne (easier to package and open than regular)
Botteled water
Brushetta - easy to make and tastes good warm or cold
Summer sausage or sliced deli meat on french bread sandwiches
Cubed cheese
Small veggie tray

Chocolate covered strawberries (if you can swing it without the chocolate melting), otherwise just fruit in general. Maybe you could just have fruit cut up and take a long a cup of chocolate or caramel for dipping.

Oh, about the wine...if you go with a New Zealand wine it will more than likely have a screw top (and be quite tasty - especially the Sauvignon Blancs)
