Hey all!
I have taken on the task of making my own invites! :) I am going to have a pocket foler invite. My question is how did you do-it-yourselfers make the actual pocket that holds the cards? I attempted to make one and I am thinking ("wishing!") that there were an easier way.
Can I go somewhere and have this done for me? Where woud I go?
What did everyone else do?
Thanks!

I tried one and gave up. I mean, if you have the time and the patience, you can probably save a lot of money, but in hindsight, I am sooooo glad I did not make the actual pockets bc the entire invite took sooooo long to make I probably would have just given up at some point. I ended up ordering envelopments from renaissance writings but then I found cards and pockets (http://www.cardsandpockets.com/index.html)which I have heard is the same quality for half the price. For $1 each, there is no way I would have even considered making them.

I originally wanted to make my own pocketfolds but due to time restaints I bought my pocketfolds from mygatsby (www.mygatsby.com). And like tlew12778 I found a place cheaper (not sure if it's the one she posted) after the fact. But I liked being able to order a sample with swatches before actually purchasing them, which made me feel so much more comfortable.
Their service was great and I'd recommend them to anyone!

We ordered our pocket folders from Paperpresentation (http://www.paperpresentation.com) and were very pleased with the results and all the color choices.

I just wanted to mention, altho I believe you have already made up your mind anyhow, that I made my own pocketfold invites and did not save any money at all.
BUT I am so happy we made them ourselves.
They WERE ALOT OF WORK and they took me ALOT of time........but it was something that everyone commented on.
I bought everything I used at Michaels.......
